Who This Seminar Is For
This seminar was created for Jews who want to experience teshuva as self-actualization, with clarity, mission and joy. It’s for you if:
- You’re seeking an empowering Torah hashkafa that combines personal responsibility with love and compassion.
- You’re ready to approach Elul and Rosh Hashana with calm, focus, and purpose.
- You want teshuva to feel like a joyful life upgrade, not only an obligation.
- You value an authentic, organic relationship with yourself, with Hashem, and with your fellow Jews.
- You’re excited to align your daily habits with your truest self and to live each week L’kovod Shabbos Kodesh.
Inside the 3 Habits Seminar
The 3 Habits of Highly Successful Yidden is more than inspiration, it’s a system for real, lasting change. Over five weeks, you’ll learn how to stop scrambling through Elul with guilt and pressure, and instead approach teshuva as a joyful, clear, and empowering upgrade to your life.
This seminar is rooted in an empowering Torah hashkafa and utilizes tools from modern psychology and personal development. The result is a step-by-step framework that simplifies your growth process, aligns you with your truest self, and defines your teshuva as a journey towards self-actualization. So that you can become the person your neshama was meant to be.
Built on the first three habits developed by Stephen Covey (in his global bestseller The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People) and reframed through the lens of Torah, you’ll discover what it means to Be Proactive, Live by Your Values, and Prioritize What Matters Most. And you’ll learn to live these habits L’kovod Shabbos Kodesh — turning anticipation, connection, and celebration into the rhythm of your week.
With daily worksheets, relatable examples, and guided exercises, you’ll stop reacting to life and start living with clarity, calm, and purpose. This is not teshuva as a burden — it’s teshuva as the most exciting and sustainable way to self-actualize as a Yid, becoming the person you were always meant to be.

Avi Fried, Miami, Florida
It’s been 6 years since I adopted Rabbi Stauber's Teshuvah Program (early version) into my life. It started by changing my Elul, and then it changed my life. This program is a guide to attainable, achievable, and sustainable simcha and fulfillment within Judaism in a way that I always wanted and craved, but never achieved on my own.”

Odom Dovid Silverstein, Lakewood, NJ
💬 “There are thousands of hours of inspiring classes out there, but I have never seen anything like Rabbi Stauber’s seminars. This is not just a ‘one-time’ inspiration. It’s not ideals without direction. Every goal is clearly stated, outlined, and followed by step-by-step instructions on how to achieve it. Combined with real depth, presented in a relatable and enjoyable way — Rabbi Stauber’s seminars will literally change your life!”
